Jamie Oliver launches fresh pasta and sauce range, available exclusively in Tesco in the UK from Monday 15th June.

The range features five fresh pastas and two sauces, and is perfect for busy home cooks who want to serve quick but delicious mid-week meals, while getting a little more veg into mealtimes. Each product is based on traditional Italian recipes and given a Jamie twist.

The four filled tortellonis will be available as Aubergine Parmigiana, Butternut Squash, Bolgonese and Carbonara; the Ravioli as Spinach & Ricotta. The range also features a Tomato & Ricotta pasta sauce as well as a 7 Veg Tomato Sauce, inspired by the hugely popular Jamie 7 Veg sauce recipe.

The range is made in Italy, using free range eggs and carefully selected high quality ingredients. All products carry green or amber traffic light labels and are lower in salt than competitor products. The 7 Veg Tomato sauce in particular is packed with goodness and counts as 1 of your 5 a day.

The range is licensed by Chef Brand Ltd and manufactured in Italy by Voltan Spa. It will retail at £2.20 for the pasta sauces and £2.50 for the filled pastas, and be stocked exclusively by Tesco in the UK.
